3. Subscription, Billing, and Renewal

  • Subscriptions are billed based on the plan selected at checkout.
  • Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle.
  • You authorize us to charge applicable fees and taxes to your payment method.

4. Free Trial / Money-back Guarantee

Any trial, guarantee, or refund eligibility is described at the time of purchase and is subject to those stated conditions.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

  • Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.

AutoDeck is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for all claims is limited to the amount paid by you for the service during the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AutoDeck and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the service, content, or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of the platform.

12. Intellectual Property

AutoDeck, including software, branding, and site content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

14. Governing Law / Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue for disputes is in courts located in Michigan.
